Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Bradenton, FL seeks a Patient-Centered Technician to support TMS and esketamine therapies and provide direct patient care. You will monitor responses, document outcomes, and help with scheduling and billing in a compassionate, patient-focused environment.

Travel across local centers is required; reliable transportation is necessary. Training and certification in TMS and Esketamine will be provided, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and patient safety.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, an Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification with significant relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field preferred; healthcare internship/work experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine treatments per guidelines, monitor responses, record psychiatric rating scales, and address patient discomfort.
  • Maintain accurate EHR, manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and financial procedures.
  • Assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

Your Role:
  • Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
  • Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
  • Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
  • Location: This position primarily covers our Bradenton center but the ability to travel to any of the area centers on short notice to provide essential coverage is mandatory. Reliable transportation is required.
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, an Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience in fast-paced patient or customer care/service roles.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
  • Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Required Travel & Logistics: This role requires travel to all centers throughout the region. Reliable personal transportation capable of facilitating movement to and between sites as operational needs dictate is a mandatory requirement.
  • Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
