Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Patient-Centered Technician. You will administer TMS and esketamine treatments, monitor patient responses, and document using EHR systems.

The role requires empathetic patient care, scheduling, and billing tasks across multiple centers in the region. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or higher, with healthcare support experience; a Bachelor's in Psychology or related field is a plus.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, an Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification.
  • Significant relevant work experience in fast-paced patient or customer care/service roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines; monitor patient responses; administer and record psychiatric rating scales; address patient discomfort.
  • Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic care; maintain accurate EHR; manage patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and financial procedures.
  • Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
  • Location: This role primarily covers the Bradenton center with mandatory travel to area centers; reliable transportation required.

Your Role:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
  • Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
  • Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
  • Location: This position primarily covers our Bradenton center but the ability to travel to any of the area centers on short notice to provide essential coverage is mandatory. Reliable transportation is required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, an Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience in fast-paced patient or customer care/service roles.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
  • Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Required Travel & Logistics: This role requires travel to all centers throughout the region. Reliable personal transportation capable of facilitating movement to and between sites as operational needs dictate is a mandatory requirement.
  • Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
