Job summary

Hickory Recovery Network in Linton, IN is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to join our treatment team. This full-time role supports client care, helps implement person-centered treatment plans, and liaises with clinical staff.

You will monitor client activity, document in EMR, attend treatment sessions, and follow HIPAA guidelines while maintaining boundaries and professional conduct. Must be able to work scheduling including holidays and weekends, and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and communicate effectively (phone and in person).
• Positive demeanor and clear professional boundaries with clients.
• Follow directives, adhere to facility policies, and provide client-driven service.
• Scheduling flexibility including holidays and weekend rotation is required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients daily and support individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain ethical boundaries with clients and families.
• Ensure attendance at individual and group sessions and follow daily schedules.
• Assist and monitor client activities and ensure compliance with center rules.
• Document client interactions accurately in the EMR.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in performance improvement activities.
