Job summary

Elwyn seeks a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide one-on-one interventions for children and adolescents with diverse needs. You will implement ABA strategies, track progress, and support families across homes, schools, and community settings.

The role requires meeting specified certifications within six months, plus at least two years of ABA experience. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the specified ABA certifications at hire or within six months of hire.
• Minimum of two years of ABA experience.
• Ability to commute between community-based sites and drive a vehicle if needed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out interventions identified in the behavioral treatment plan.
• Record behavioral data and document progress in EHR.
• Write daily progress notes and weekly encounter forms for billing.
• Perform CPR and crisis intervention per agency protocols.
• Support caregivers and collaborate with families and school staff.
