Job summary

Elwyn is seeking a Summer Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide one-on-one interventions for children/adolescents with a range of needs, using applied behavior analysis. The role involves crisis support, data collection, and collaboration with families, schools, and clinicians in home, school, and community settings.

You will work under supervision to implement treatment plans, record progress in our EHR, and support billing with accurate weekly forms, while upholding BACB ethics and

Qualifications

• BCaBA or BCAT certification required or equivalent credential.
• RBT designation or BACB-approved certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent with RBT designation.
• Minimum of two years of ABA experience and 40 hours of ABA training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out interventions per the behavioral treatment plan.
• Record data and document progress in Elwyn's EHR.
• Submit weekly encounter forms for billing and documentation.
• Maintain CPR and crisis intervention readiness.
