Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-time experience in a program serving persons with mental disabilities; if not, a plan of supervision must be completed.

• Must have strong computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office; EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete admission procedures on new clients including tech paperwork, room assignments and orientation.
• Conduct property searches of clients as required by program standards.
• Perform urine drug screen testing of clients as required.
• Perform medication call supervision as required.
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings; maintain client records and progress notes.
• Communicate clearly with clients, staff, supervisors and outside resources.
