Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CDCA licensure preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and assisting clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meals.
• Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct therapeutic activities and facilitate group sessions.
• Monitor and document clients' progress and well-being.
• Safely transport clients to and from the facility and appointments.
• Maintain transportation records and client travel logs.
• Ensure vehicle is clean, fueled and maintained.
• Follow traffic laws and company policies for client safety.
• Respond to crises and de-escalate emergencies when needed.
• Maintain detailed client records and communicate with families and team.
• Adhere to policies, training, and ongoing professional development.
