Qualifications

• Growth mindset and professional attitude required.
• Valid Driver's License required; driving duties are central to the role.
• CRS certification preferred or willingness to pursue.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to appointments, meetings and activities.
• Account for all clients at all times.
• Maintain professional boundaries and show compassion.
• Inspect vehicle and document mileage.
• Report any damage or safety issues to Supervisor.
• Secure vehicle at end of shift.
• Follow traffic laws and report violations.
• Administer accident reports promptly.
• Ensure seatbelts are worn prior to travel.
• Operate CPR if emergencies occur.
• Supervise clients during transport.
• Enter client data into EMR.
• Assist with admissions paperwork and drug screens.
• Promote a healthy recovery environment.
• Perform general housekeeping.
• Support therapeutic boundaries and collaboration.
