• Conduct functional analyses of patient behavior, participate as a member of the treatment team, contribute to the Master Treatment Plan, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Provide individual and group psycho-education, leisure activities, and life skills training and coaching for patients.
• Monitor patient and unit safety continuously.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS and CPI certifications.
• At least 1 year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
