What You Will Do in This Role:

• Conduct functional analyses of patient behavior, participate as a treatment team member, contribute to the Master Treatment Plan, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Conduct individual and group psycho-education, leisure activities, and life skills training and coaching for patients.
• Monitor patient and unit safety.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; BLS and CPI certifications preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
