Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Requires 1-3 years of relevant healthcare or mental health experience.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care and ensure the safety and security of all patients.
• Conduct trained observations and report findings accurately to the mental health team or designated staff.
• Attend and actively participate in group therapy sessions.
• Assist with admitting, transferring, and discharging patients as directed.
• Perform basic triage duties when required to support clinical operations.
