Avenues Recovery Center in Lexington Park, MD is hiring for all shifts to support medical and clinical teams across admissions, transportation, meals, and supervision. You will engage clients, foster a warm recovery environment, and help maintain safety through policy enforcement.

You will also handle administrative duties, documentation, inventory, and meetings, contributing to a smooth day-to-day operation and a compassionate, dignified care setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.)
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment
• Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff
• Record and elevate any critical communication/ incidents in a timely manner
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.)
