Responsibilities
Support clients struggling with addiction through various activities.
Conduct regular safety checks on all patients.
Assist with intakes and discharges to ensure client comfort.
Monitor client medication self-administration.
Facilitate applicable group sessions.
Document all required notes in the electronic system.
