Recreate Behavioral Health Network is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support clients on their wellness journey. This in-person role focuses on maintaining a safe, nurturing environment, guiding clients, and promoting community belonging.

Key duties include conducting intakes, orienting clients to the facility, transporting to appointments, advocating for wellbeing, and supporting the 12 Step Program with a focus on safety and compassionate care.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Behavioral health experience of 1 year preferred.
• Driver's License required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct clinical and housing intakes for new clients.
• Orient new clients to the facility and residential areas.
• Be a role model and advocate for clients, ensuring wellbeing and safety.
• Transport clients to and from appointments safely.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment and be ready for new challenges.
• Support clients in the 12 Step Program.
• Execute room and bag searches as needed.
