Job summary

TEAMCare is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-to-one support to children and adolescents as outlined in treatment plans, helping them develop skills for school, home, and community success.

You will collect data after each session, participate in required trainings, and collaborate closely with families and the care team to ensure treatment plan goals are met.

Qualifications

• Passion for patient care and desire to make positive changes in someone's life.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and ability to learn and efficiently utilize other computer applications.
• Must possess or have ability to obtain Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances.
• Valid PA Driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Prompt interventions in behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on treatment plan goals.
• Collect daily data and document progress in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent.
• Complete initial and annual training as required.
• Collaborate with client, family, and all other assigned team members to ensure compliance.

• Prompt interventions in the areas of behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the treatment plan goals provided by Behavior Consultant or Mobile Therapist.
• Collect daily data and document progress in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent.
• Complete initial and annual training as required.
• Collaborate with client, family, and all other assigned team members to ensure compliance.
