$5,000 Employment Incentive - Evening BHT only - You must work 1 weekend shift scheduled weekly. $2,500 at 6 months and $2,500 at 1 year employment anniversary.

If yes, Lakemary is looking for a Behavioral Health Technician for our Children's Residential Service Program. In this role you will work with children in the classroom & residential setting during day and evening hours. This role functions under general supervision of a Campus Coach. You will be working in an environment that is well supported.

Behavioral Health Tech Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and supervision of children and youth.
• Learn and apply each child's treatment plan and implement therapeutic interventions as necessary.
• Intervene in crisis situations, including physical management of residents, using approved crisis management system and skills.
• Complete all documentation by the end of shift.

Behavioral Health Tech Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent

Other Job Details

• Starting pay: $19.00/hour - Shift differential up to $24.00/hour on Saturday and Sunday
• Evening shifts available. These are 10-hour shifts.
• 12pm-10pm
• 6am-4pm on Saturday and Sunday

Day Behavioral Health Technician positions open!

• Monday - Friday 8-hour shifts
• Starting wage: $16.00
• Hours: 7am - 3:15pm
