Job summary

The Posting Board, Inc. is seeking personnel to provide direct care, support, and supervision for clients in addiction and mental health treatment. The role involves ensuring safety, participating in treatment plans, and supporting daily activities within a multidisciplinary clinical team.

Responsibilities include 1-on-1 guidance, collaboration with therapists and nurses, and maintaining accurate client records while engaging clients in therapeutic activities and community outings.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred.
• Experience in mental/behavioral health environment preferred; 12-Step program experience required.
• Clearances: pass background check; acceptable driving record; strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support: 1-on-1 guidance for daily living skills, social skills, and emotional regulation; assist with crisis management and safety interventions.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work with therapists, psychiatrists, and nurses to implement treatment plans and track client progress.
• Activity Guidance & Documentation: Lead recreational therapy, educational sessions, and community outings; maintain confidential client records.
