Job Summary

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to join our team! As a BHT on our team, you will be handling patients looking to you for treatment and help to overcome a wide variety of addiction issues in their day to day treatment episode. Your role will be to support and uplift your clients, offering care and support for them, and identifying core issues that could be contributing to their abuse. The ideal candidate is compassionate, has excellent communication skills, and has experience working with people struggling with addiction and abuse.

Responsibilities

• Handle a max load of 6 patients
• Assist with medication distribution
• Run groups with clients in our care
• Uplift and support patients, working with them and their families to help create realistic, lasting change
• Continue visual rounds on shifts

Qualifications

• Active RADT
• Current TB and Physical
• Current Drivers License
• Strong compassionate outlook, with an upbeat and positive personality
• Experience working with substance abuse and Mental Health Clients
