Responsibilities

• Monitor and observe patients, report as needed, and assist in maintaining a safe environment.
• Enforce facility rules professionally.
• Communicate patient behaviors to the clinical team.
• Use verbal de-escalation techniques for problem behaviors.
• Maintain documentation accurately and securely.
• Work effectively with the team to ensure facility success.

Schedule

12-hour shifts. We are accepting applications for all shifts.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 2 years patient care experience, or 1 year plus an Associate's degree, or successful completion of ARS training through BHT I
• Good driving record meeting safety standards

Preferred

• Experience with adult patients (18+)
• CPR and First Aid certification or in progress
