Summary

An essential role in the delivery of residential and outpatient treatment services. This is a direct care position with the primary responsibility of interacting with and supervising clients in treatment. The role assists both the clinical and administrative teams in identifying and serving client needs.

Starting Hourly Rate: $15.00/hour before differentials!

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Complete the intake process with new clients into the program.
• Maintain client documentation.
• Observe and document client self-administration of medication as applicable.
• Coordinate client activities.
• Follow the objectives of treatment plans and address client-specific needs.
• Evaluate the behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provide appropriate responses, including crisis intervention.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly physical environment.
• Assist with the dietary needs of clients.
• Complete all required training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer behavioral health experience or general healthcare experience.
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred.
