Job summary

Pennsylvania Counseling Services Inc. seeks a Behavioral Health Technician to provide direct support to children and families. You will work one-on-one with children in homes, schools, and community settings to build essential skills and implement personalized treatment plans.

Join a collaborative team where you will contribute to early-intervention goals, maintain a flexible schedule, and help families coordinate care with schools and other supports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Clearances: PA State Police, PA Child Abuse, FBI Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children in homes, schools, and community settings to develop and apply new skills.
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for consistency across environments.
• Work independently with a flexible schedule to meet client needs.
• Focus on preventing the need for more restrictive interventions by providing early support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other supports to ensure a well-rounded approach.

Requirements

• Have a High School Diploma or the equivalent of a High School Diploma OR

Compensation & Benefits

• New Updated Rates! $20/billable hour
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.50/mile
