Triangle Springs is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our 77-bed facility in Raleigh, NC. Shift: Night 7pm–7am with rotating weekends. You will support patients with daily living activities and therapeutic interventions while collaborating with nursing staff to monitor changes in condition.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate care, and adherence to treatment plans, with benefits including medical coverage and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of behavioral health experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• BLS Certification.
• CNA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Provide or assist with patient care, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions.
• Observe and record patient behavior and activities.
• Report changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Suggest modifications to treatment plan as needed.

How You'll Contribute

• Assist patients with performing activities of daily living
