Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our outpatient centers. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and connect with patients. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm.

Your Role

• Provide patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments, monitor responses, record ratings, and address discomfort.
• Ensure patient well-being: Supportive care, maintain accurate records, manage scheduling, check-in/out, and billing.
• Operational support: Assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, Medical Assistant certification, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Psychology, Social Work, or related field; 1+ year healthcare experience (not mandatory).
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EHR systems (AdvancedMD, Salesforce preferred), clinical interviewing, knowledge of insurance guidelines (a plus).
• Physical: Ability to stand for long periods; BLS certification (training provided).
