Carrier Clinic, established in 1910, is a trusted provider of compassionate behavioral health services for patients and their families.

At Carrier Clinics East Mountain Youth Lodge, we provide 24-hour residential treatment services for adolescents aged 13-18, addressing emotional, behavioral, psychiatric, and substance abuse issues based on individual strengths and needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model demonstrating healthy interpersonal relationships and appropriate behavior for patients, families, and staff.
• Utilize a nurtured heart approach to supervise, manage behavior, and provide counseling tailored to youth needs.
• Build relationships with residents and support their development through behavior modules.
• Lead resident group meetings, coordinate recreational activities, and participate in group functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience working with youth in a group setting.
• Or an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a non-social work/psychology field with six months of relevant experience.
• Or an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, or related fields.
