We're looking for a Behavioral Health Technician to work in the Healthcare Systems and Services industry in Fulshear, Texas, United States.

Are you a compassionate caregiver with at least a high school diploma (or GED) residing in Fulshear, TX?

Centria Health is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing learning programs, collecting data, communicating with stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with a direct supervisor. You will build trust with the child and family in their home, located within 15 minutes of your residence.

Our paid behavioral health training will prepare you to support children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), guiding their developmental growth and managing challenging behaviors under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

What your day will look like:

• Providing one-on-one developmental and behavioral support in the child's home, adapting techniques to various behaviors.
• Partnering with a BCBA to implement individualized behavioral intervention plans.
• Engaging children through physical activities, which may include standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and carrying children or objects up to 50 pounds.
