Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience in behavioral health or related field preferred but not required (on-the-job training provided).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Adhere strictly to policies and procedures.
• Treat clients with dignity and respect.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications including Office Suite, Outlook and Teams.
• Able to learn and navigate electronic health record systems.
• Pass background checks and drug screen as required by federal and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to individuals while maintaining a structured, therapeutic and safe environment for clients.
• Monitor and assist with self-administration of medication, ensuring compliance to policies and procedures.
• Support and reinforce treatment goals, engaging clients in healthy routines and recovery-focused activities.
• Observe and document client behavior, reporting concerns to clinical staff as needed.
• Assist with coordination of care as needed.
• Monitor program schedules and ensure clients are engaged in required programming.
• Facilitate daily living skills groups and structured recovery oriented activities.
• Assist clients in working through crisis situations.
• Perform administrative office tasks.
