Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Maryland is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for second and third shifts. A valid driver's license is required to support transportation and program operations.

You will manage daily residential operations, train and support the BHT team, monitor client engagement, and ensure compliance with all center policies in a warm, recovery-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures
