Job summary

Groundworks New Mexico is seeking staff to provide direct support to survivors of human trafficking within a safe house, ensuring safe, respectful care and accurate documentation.

You will assist with meals, cleaning, and general maintenance, monitor the emergency hotline, and apply de-escalation strategies while upholding HIPAA and mandated reporting; evening shifts 3pm–10pm Mon/Tues/Thu with potential for additional hours.

Qualifications

• 1 year of social work experience preferred.
• Complete 50 hours of continuing training per grant fiscal year.

Other Information/Requirements:

3pm - 10 pm on Mon/Tues/Thurs. Other hours may be available

• 1 year of social work experience preferred
