Job summary

Bradford Health Services is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians for Foothills (Ellenboro, NC). You will support adult clients with coping strategies, emotional regulation, and safety during daily activities in a wilderness-based recovery program.

This on-site role requires a willingness to work 7.5 consecutive days followed by 6.5 days off. Meals are provided during shifts and staff living quarters are available. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work 7 ½ consecutive days on shift followed by 6 ½ days off
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an integrative treatment team implementing compassionate clinical care
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions, process groups, mindfulness sessions and educational groups
• Help clients navigate an interactive schedule which includes education, sports, meditation, yoga and adventure activities
• Lead clients on overnight adventure activities (hiking, canoeing)
• Provide a high level of physical and emotional safety to our clients
