Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health in Branson, MO is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician I - Shuttle Driver to provide direct, supportive care to clients in a residential or community setting. You will supervise, admit, transfer, and discharge clients while following treatment plans and trauma-informed practices.

This role includes health monitoring, crisis response, documentation, transporting clients to appointments, and facilitating group activities.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required; two years in Human Services preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or MA/ADC I or II may be required by some programs.
• Experience in human services/related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admit, supervise, monitor, transfer, and discharge clients/patients.
• Adhere to program expectations and report concerns to treatment team.
• Document behavior and shift notes; assist with admissions/orientation.
• Facilitate urine collection, testing, and proper documentation.
• Provide transportation to appointments as needed; respond to crises.
