Mountain Vista Recovery in Hendersonville, NC is hiring a compassionate Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support clients on their recovery journeys. Full-time and part-time roles are available, including evenings and weekends, with on-site work.

You will assist with daily routines, provide transportation to stores, meetings, appointments, and help clients follow program rules with empathy and boundaries. Document observations and communicate with the treatment team.

Qualificações

• Personal recovery experience preferred but not required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Support clients with daily routines and activities.
• Provide transportation to stores, outings, meetings and appointments.
• Take clients to and from the office and accompany them to activities.
• Provide peer support and a calm, supportive presence.
• Document observations and communicate with the treatment team.
• Help clients follow program rules with consistency, respect and healthy boundaries.
