Mountain Vista Recovery in Hendersonville, NC is hiring a compassionate Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support clients on their recovery journeys. Full-time and part-time roles are available, including evenings and weekends, with on-site work.

You will assist with daily routines, provide transportation to stores, meetings, appointments, and help clients follow program rules with empathy and boundaries. Document observations and communicate with the treatment team.

Competenze

• Personal recovery experience preferred but not required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver's license required.

We're Hiring: Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)

We're looking for a compassionate, dependable Behavioral Health Technician to support clients throughout their recovery journey. BHTs help with daily routines, provide transportation to stores, outings, meetings, and appointments, and take clients to and from the office.

This role includes providing peer support, ensuring client safety, documenting observations, and communicating with the treatment team. BHTs bring a calm, steady presence to sometimes chaotic situations and help clients follow program rules with consistency, respect, and healthy boundaries.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, including evening and weekend shifts.

Personal experience in recovery is strongly preferred but not required. Applicants must pass a background check and drug screen and have a valid driver's license.
