Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners seeks PRN Behavior Health Technicians to support residents in our Covington, LA programs. You will deliver behavior support, monitor progress, and assist with daily living tasks in a residential setting.

Responsibilities include documenting interventions, transporting residents to activities, and supporting rehabilitation goals on 12-hour shifts. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required, with a strong commitment to safety and ethics.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Implements facility wide behavioral training as well as individual behavioral protocols, completing the necessary documentation
• Models appropriate behavior provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback on a daily basis
• Assists residents in ADL's (Activities of Daily Living includes bathing, transfers, toileting and physical assistance), assists and participates in physical, vocational and recreational activities
• Transports residents to medical appointments, vocational, recreational, educational activities in the community
• Completes all daily needed documentation (i.e. behavioral data, token exchange, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, medication administration records, and incident reports)
• Completes all housekeeping chores (i.e. laundry, vacuuming, dusting, etc.)

We are searching for PRN Behavior Health Technicians to work in our residential programs located in Covington, LA. Behavior Technicians provide direct care services to people with behavioral challenges as a result of brain injury.

Schedule: 12 Hour Shifts
