Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all policies and procedures.
• Provides patient safety and care through shifts.
• Leads psychoeducational groups and supports treatment planning.
• Documents shift notes and maintains records.
• Provides transportation as needed and supports admission/discharge activities.
• Ensures a safe and organized environment; reports safety concerns.
