Discovery Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Tech II to support patients throughout their treatment journey at the Del Mar campus. You will assist with safety, daily activities, and clinical workflows under the guidance of the treatment team.

The role emphasizes crisis support, group facilitation, transportation duties when qualified, and meticulous documentation to ensure smooth transitions from admission to discharge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• 1+ year experience in mental health, substance use, or eating disorders preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted State Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all DBH policies and procedures.
• Maintains patient safety and confidentiality.
• Leads daily psychoeducational groups as directed.
• Provides transportation services when qualified.
• Documents shift notes and routine patient information.
