Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) preferred
• One or more years experience working within the mental health, substance use or eating disorder field preferred
• Valid and unrestricted State Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Assists patients through the entire treatment experience from admission through discharge.
• Provides supervision and support to patients during mealtimes as part of the CFD Clinical Model.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information and adheres to professional ethics.
• Facilitates daily groups and participates in treatment planning with the clinical team.
• Completes shift notes and required documentation accurately and on time.
• Provides transportation services for patients when pre-qualified to drive a company vehicle.
