Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted State Driver's License.
• CPI certification within 90 days of hire; training provided.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications required or must obtain.
• Substance Use Division: minimum 1 year sobriety if in recovery.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all DBH policies and procedures.
• Maintains patient safety and confidentiality.
• Provides exemplary customer service to all patients.
• Facilitates patient daily needs per the program schedule (hygiene, meals, safety).
• Assists nursing staff with duties (supervision, vitals, searches).
• Reports to work on time and prepared.
• Supports patient treatment plans and discharge processes.
• Documents shift notes and group notes accurately by end of shift.
• Conducts facility and grounds safety checks.
