CHS Career Site is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech for the full-time night shift at Moberly Regional Medical Center in Moberly, MO. The role provides direct patient care in a behavioral health setting under licensed supervision and supports treatment plans with compassionate care.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, observation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and therapeutic progress for individuals with mental health or substance use disorders.

Formación

• 0-2 years of experience in a behavioral health, mental health, or healthcare setting required.
• Experience with psychiatric disorders, developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders preferred.
• De-escalation training within 30 days of hire required.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct patient care, assisting with daily activities, and monitoring patient behavior and safety.
• Observes, documents, and reports patient behaviors and responses to interventions.
• Assists in implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision of behavioral health professionals.
• Engages patients in structured activities and therapeutic programming.
• Responds to crisis situations and applies safety interventions as per facility protocols.
• Maintains a safe, confidential, and therapeutic environment following safety procedures.
