Job summary

Daymark Recovery Services in Statesville, NC is seeking compassionate Direct Care staff to support individuals in a 24-hour residential program. You will supervise residents, assist with daily living skills, document observations, and participate in shift reports to ensure safety and well-being.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience with the population served or crisis experience. 18+ and good reading/writing skills are required.

• AA or BS/BA degree preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and proficient in reading, speaking, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Shift Report.
• Provide transportation.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Pay Scale

$17-18.50/hr.

Summary

Responsible for providing support and care to meet the physical and psychological needs of consumers through providing direct and indirect care. FBC is a 24-hour Residential Service, open 365 days a year.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and monitoring of each consumer.
