Job summary

Thrive People & Strategy is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to work afternoon and evening shifts (4 PM–9 PM or 2 PM–10 PM) as a W-2 hourly role. Exact work days are flexible, and paid weekly.

This position requires a RADT or similar credential, a CPR/First Aid certificate valid for at least one year, and a California driver's license. Opportunity for additional hours based on merit.

Qualifications

• Must have valid RADT credential that is not expired.
• Must have valid CPR/First Aid certificate that will not expire for at least one year.
• Must have a California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage paperwork and record-keeping.
• Follow company protocols and care standards.
• Assist with medication pass and client care.
• Ensure timely operations for appointments, groups, and activities.
• Perform cleaning, dishes, laundry, computer work, inventory, and other tasks.
