Job summary

SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital Midwest City is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech to support the Adult Unit. This regular, full-time position offers a day shift from 7am to 7pm and a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring patient safety, and supporting treatment plans under RN guidance. Requires an Associate’s degree in behavioral health or related field and BLS HCP certification; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in behavioral health or related field is required.
• No prior experience required.
• BLS HCP certification from American Heart Association is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Provides or assists with direct patient care and therapeutic interventions under RN guidance.
• Observes and reports changes in patient condition and suggests plan adjustments.
• Establishes therapeutic relationships with assigned patients.
• Maintains patient safety through continuous monitoring and milieu management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
