Job summary

Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for our Raytown, MO facility. The role involves observation/monitoring of patients, enforcing program rules, and reporting to clinical staff. Requires high school diploma; Associate degree or 2+ years in related field preferred. Valid driving record and CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred or 2+ years equivalent in BHT or patient care.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor patients in treatment and report as needed.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment and consistent documentation.
• Enforce facility rules and communicate patient behavior to the clinical team.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure smooth facility operations.
• Drive patients to medical appointments when needed.
