Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with direct/indirect patient care duties
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• BLS/CPR certification required and CPI training within 30 days of hire
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Promotes facility mission and values in daily care
• Conducts client intake and reports to RN
• Provides non-clinical support and monitors patients
• Observes patient behavior and reports changes to RN
• Assists with ADLs and transfers
• Maintains patient safety and one-to-one observation when needed
• Participates in patient care conferences and de-escalation as directed
