Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.)
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment
• Monitor clients and enforce all policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff
• Record and fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.)
