• High School Diploma or GED required
• CDCA required
• Valid Driver's License required
• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

Responsibilities

• Assist with client admissions, orientations, and transportation needs
• Monitor client activities and maintain a safe treatment environment
• Observe and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or behavioral condition
• Conduct routine client accountability checks and monitor family visits
• Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary
• Complete shift reports, documentation, and daily checklists
• Support medical and clinical staff as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
