Amatus Health/TruHealing Centers in Cincinnati is seeking compassionate day-shift Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our team. You will help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment to support individuals on their recovery journey.

This role offers hands-on experience in behavioral health and addiction treatment, with opportunities for professional development as you assist with admissions, monitoring, crisis intervention, and collaboration with clinical staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDCA credential required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client admissions, orientations, and transportation needs.
• Monitor client activities and maintain a safe treatment environment.
• Observe and report changes in clients' condition.
• Conduct shift reports, documentation, and daily checklists.
• Support medical and clinical staff as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine client accountability checks and monitor family visits.
• Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary.
• Complete shift reports, documentation, and daily checklists.
• Support medical and clinical staff as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
