Job Summary

Facilitates the maintenance of the therapeutic environment in the psychiatric unit and assists patients with daily living activities. Establishes a therapeutic relationship with assigned patients. Up to $2,500 Sign‑on Bonus Based on Eligibility. Compensation: $15.76 - $23.64 hourly.

Responsibilities

• Takes vital signs, weighs patients, and collects routine specimens.
• Attends and participates in group therapy, in‑service education, and staff meetings.
• Facilitates the maintenance of the therapeutic environment in the psychiatric unit.
• Assists patients with daily living activities.
• Establishes a therapeutic relationship with assigned patients.
• Performs related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year of experience.
• Certification: CPR.
