Recreate Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support clients on their wellness journey. This in-person role emphasizes safety, confidentiality, and compassionate care within a structured setting.

You will document patient information, coordinate activities, and assist during emergencies while maintaining infection control standards and positive staff relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in mental/behavioral health setting (1 year preferred).
• Understanding of the 12 step recovery process.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records.
• Document patient information accurately.
• Ensure patients attend scheduled activities and programs.
• Provide appropriate help during emergency situations.
• Build positive relationships with staff and clients.
• Follow infection control guidelines at all times.
• Create a safe, therapeutic environment for clients and staff.
• Provide daily reports to management.
• Report noncompliance and assist with enforcing client rules.
• Transport clients as necessary.

Job Duties Include:

• Understands and maintains confidentiality of patient information and records.

• Documents patient information.

• Ensures patients attend scheduled activities.

• Provides appropriate help during emergency situations.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Builds positive relationships with staff.

• Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility to changes in the work environment.

• Follows Infection Control Guidelines at all times.

• Provides a safe, therapeutic environment for staff and clients.

• Provides a daily report to management.

• Facilitates client’s rules and responsibilities. Reports noncompliance to management.

• Collects urine samples from clients

• Transports clients as necessary

Requirements:

• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours

• Must have an acceptable Driving History

• At least one year of experience in a mental/behavioral health setting.

• An understanding of the 12 step recovery process
