RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Team Leader to supervise a team delivering behavioral health and support services in residential, school, workplace, and community settings. The role coordinates services per each person’s plan and acts as a primary contact for consumers and their networks.

The position requires strong leadership, adherence to PCPs, and the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team; on-site in Lumberton, NC.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff and coordinating services.
• Knowledge of North Carolina human services delivery system.
