Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with clients with mental health issues.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• TB clearance required.
• Willingness to complete BHT and CPI Training within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with clinical team to determine interventions based on client needs.
• Engages clients in milieu and outside activities.
• Prompts clients to complete ADLs and maintains room hygiene checks.
• Conducts client drug screening, pregnancy tests, and breathalyzers as necessary.
• Promotes meals attendance and provides supervision at mealtimes.
• Maintains therapeutic environment in collaboration with staff.
• Interacts therapeutically in 1:1, group, and community settings.
• Assists with client education groups and crisis management.
